Welcome to Lora Resorts, a property of Yeshlok, located at Devine City, MG Road, Kanajenakhalli, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka 562101 ("the Hotel", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your bookings, and your stay at our property. By making a reservation or staying with us, you ("Guest", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
- A reservation is only considered confirmed once full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) is received and a written confirmation is issued by the Hotel.
- The lead guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of that platform in addition to these terms.
- Rates quoted are per room per night and exclude applicable GST and any additional services unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All guests (Indian and foreign nationals) must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must additionally present a valid passport and visa for Form C registration as required by Indian law.
- Local IDs of guests residing within the same district may be subject to additional verification, in line with hospitality industry practice.
3. Payment
- We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash (subject to applicable limits under Indian law).
- All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.
- A pre-authorisation on a credit/debit card or a refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental expenses.
- Invoices and GST receipts are issued at check-out. Please provide your GSTIN at the time of check-in if you require a GST invoice in your company's name.

5. Occupancy & Extra Guests
- Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults in a Deluxe Room; up to 6 guests in a Family Service Apartment.
- Children below 5 years stay free (without an extra bed). Children aged 5–12 may be accommodated with an extra bed at applicable charges.
- Unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 9:00 PM without prior notice to the Front Desk.
6. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, restaurants, and indoor public areas. Designated smoking zones are available. Violators will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of ₹5,000.
- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
- Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals with prior approval.
- Guests are requested to maintain decorum, respect other guests, and follow the instructions of Hotel staff. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or in violation of these rules.
- Loud music, parties, or gatherings inside rooms are not allowed without prior written permission from the Hotel management.
- Carrying or consuming outside food and beverages inside the restaurant or convention hall is not permitted.
7. Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hotel property caused by themselves, their accompanying guests, or any visitors during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the Guest's account.
8. Use of Facilities
- Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Swimming attire is mandatory. Use at your own risk.
- Gym: Open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Free for in-house guests. Proper sportswear is required.
- Pool Table & Foosball: Available during recreational hours; please book through the Front Desk.
- Convention Hall: Booking required. Subject to separate event terms.
- Restaurant: Pure vegetarian. Timings displayed at the property.
9. Liability & Indemnity
The Hotel exercises reasonable care to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings. However:
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, valuables, cash, and documents. We recommend using in-room safes or the Front Desk safety deposit.
- The Hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in rooms, vehicles, or public areas, except where caused directly by the Hotel's gross negligence.
- Use of recreational facilities (pool, gym, garden, terrace) is at the guest's own risk.
- The Hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).
10. Photography & Media
Photography and videography are permitted for personal use. Commercial photography, filming, drone usage, or social media influencer content shoots require prior written permission from Hotel management. The Hotel reserves the right to use photographs taken of its premises (excluding identifiable guest images without consent) for marketing purposes.
11. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government directives, lockdowns, riots, strikes, war, terrorist activity, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Hotel will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund as appropriate under our Refund Policy.
12. Website Use
- All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, video) is the property of Lora Resorts / Yeshlok and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
- The Hotel makes every effort to ensure information on the website (rates, availability, descriptions) is accurate but does not guarantee freedom from errors. Bookings will be honoured at the confirmed rate.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Disputes & Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your stay or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chikkaballapur, Karnataka.
- We encourage all guests to first raise concerns with the Front Desk or the Hotel Manager so we can resolve them amicably before escalation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
