We understand that plans change. The following Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website, phone, email, or front desk at Lora Resorts. Bookings made via third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy of that platform.
The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled check-in date and time (12:00 PM IST):
All cancellation timings are calculated based on the check-in time of 12:00 PM IST on the date of arrival.
To cancel a booking, please reach out to us through any of the following channels with your booking confirmation number:
A written cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. The cancellation is only considered effective once this confirmation is issued.
Bookings of 4 or more rooms, convention hall events, or stays of 7 nights or more are subject to a separate cancellation policy. These bookings typically require:

The following periods are considered Peak Season and are subject to stricter cancellation terms (typically 14 days advance notice for any refund):

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not communicated a cancellation in advance, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show" after 11:59 PM on the date of arrival. No refund will be issued for no-shows, and the room will be released for resale.
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the unused nights will be charged at the booked rate and are non-refundable. We request guests to inform the Front Desk in advance if their plans change.
If your booking is affected by events beyond your or our reasonable control — including but not limited to:
— we will work with you to either reschedule your stay (valid up to 12 months) at no additional cost, or issue a refund. Each case will be evaluated individually and supporting documents may be requested.
In rare circumstances, the Hotel may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to operational issues (overbooking, maintenance emergencies, regulatory directives). In such cases:

Any dispute related to cancellation or refund shall first be raised with our Front Desk Manager or via email at [email protected]. We commit to responding within 48 hours and resolving disputes within 14 working days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chikkaballapur, Karnataka.
